Pinnacle are delighted to have been appointed as Main Contractor on the Grade II* 71-73 Low Petergate, York.

The project will include urgent structural repair works, replacing the decaying second floor timber connections by introducing a new steel bracing system, to ensure that the new sections of timber provide structurally sound connections. Additional steel strengthening will be added to the front of No73.
