Pinnacle were appointed by the National Trust to undertake the major conservation and restoration works at 24 Coney Street in York City Centre.

The project included:

• External structural support repairs
• installation of new steelwork, supporting 3 floors of the building
• Joinery repairs to jetty framing and windows
• Internal works including, new M&E installation and minor joinery works / repairs and decoration
