We’re thrilled to announce that Pinnacle has been entrusted by Persimmon Homes to carry out conservation repairs on their stunning Head Office in York! Over the next 20 weeks, our team will be hard at work on this beautiful building. Here’s what we’ll be tackling:

Sash Windows: Repairing frames, glazing putty, ironmongery, and preparing for redecoration.

Soffits & Fascia: Main building fascia and soffit decoration

Internal Spaces: Plaster repairs and redecorating the staircase and landing ceilings.

Portico Restoration: Investigating water ingress, performing repairs, removal of existing handrail and installation of new.

Atrium Repairs: Internal plasterwork and timber redecoration, repairs to the external structure, and glazing cleaning.
