Pinnacle were appointed by York Conservation Trust to undertake the external repairs, which included:

• complete re-roof
• leadworks
• full external re-decoration to existing painted surfaces
• sash window repairs
• conservation works to the coat of arms
• cleaning of the existing brass plaque signage
• repainting of road signage
