Pinnacle appointed as the Main Contractor for the prestigious Grade II listed River House Project in York City Centre.

Designed by the renowned Charles Jocelyn Parnell and built in 1868, River House is a true architectural gem, featuring stunning brickwork, stone dressings, and granite columns.

Here’s what we undertook:

🔹 Restoring and decorating 37 beautiful windows.
🔹 Applying gold leaf to the entrance portico lettering.
🔹 Repairing high level surfaces.
🔹 Removing all redundant ironmongery.
🔹 Brushing off and removing efflorescence from the brickwork.
🔹 Repairing and redecorating all rainwater goods, including hoppers and downpipes.
