Pinnacle were delighted to be a part of the access improvement works to Scampton Church & RAF War Graves Heritage Centre.

Works included the installation of an ‘all access’ lit path, ‘all access’ wc, new central heating and kitchen servery, new audio visual facilities which will now assist the CWCG and other agencies to tell those special stories.

With these new improvements the Heritage Centre will be able to educate the next generation about the meaning of remembrance and tell the personal stories of those buried here.

The Heritage Centre has historical connections with RAF Scampton, and the Commonwealth War Graves Commission and these works will ensure that the medieval building has the facilities to welcome the many visitors that it attracts each year. Creating a vibrant and welcoming space that will benefit the whole community from local schools through to clubs and organisations. A place for the young and old to meet, learn and enjoy themselves.
