Pinnacle undertook significant roofing works to one of Yorkshire’s Hidden Gems and one of the Country’s grandest Grade I listed stately homes.
The works comprised of the following: –
South Pavilion – repairs to the existing historic stonework and brickwork to all levels and elevations, including feature cornice and coping stones and repairs / replacements of stone balusters.
New leadwork roofing, flashings and cupola to the roof, along with new cast iron rainwater goods.
The existing timber sash windows have been repaired with full decoration works. Timber joists and rafters have been repaired / replaced where necessary.
South Pavilion Bridge – complete redecoration of the cast iron railings along with repairs to the brick and stonework.
Clifford’s Lodging Roof – New leadwork to the existing roof, along with new rainwater goods.
